Roast Colour Measurement: Measure roast colour with ±0.5 precision to help maintain consistency from batch to batch with reliable, repeatable results.
Utilises a single-point near-infrared sensor to obtain an average colour reading of the whole sample; for a full colour distribution histogram, check out the DiFluid Omni or Omix.
Dual-Sided Sample Plate: One-piece plate design with built-in overspill tray, featuring dedicated sections for whole beans and grounds.
Batch-to-Batch Consistency: Track and compare roast color over time to fine-tune your roasting process and ensure product uniformity.
