Cafuné Wholesale is available only to approved accounts in good standing, and we reserve the right to refuse an application or suspend/deactivate any account should any of the following terms and conditions not be adhered to.
In accordance with our distributor agreements, our wholesale program is extended exclusively to the Canadian market, and any resellers sourcing inventory from us are equally bound to this territorial limitation.
Wholesale partners are not permitted to list products on marketplace websites such as Amazon, Ebay or other discount/auction sites.
Our wholesale pricing is set to the lowest levels and best possible value we can extend at all times, with no special requirements or volume based thresholds to meet.
Maintaining competitive wholesale pricing—alongside the integrity of retail pricing and margins for our wholesale partners—on all items we carry is a foremost priority, and any resellers agree to respect the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) in effect for all products obtained from Cafuné Wholesale. We endeavour to communicate any changes to MAP as they come into effect, and current MAP pricing may be referenced at any time via our retail store: cafune.ca.
Wholesale orders are subject to a $250 minimum, with shipping costs auto-calculated and invoiced at checkout. All orders must be confirmed via our online shop and paid in full prior to fulfilment.
All items available to add to your cart are in stock, and any items not currently available will be clearly shown as such via our online store. In cases where a desired item is not currently available, or if insufficient quantities of an item are available, please contact us and it will be our pleasure to help satisfy your request as efficiently as possible.
We aim to fulfil all orders within 1 business day of confirmation, though our turnaround may experience some delays when dealing with peak season volumes.

Should you or your customer encounter any issue with a product obtained from Cafuné Wholesale, please contact us with a description of the issue and supporting photo/video documentation as possible, and we'll be happy to assist in remedying the trouble as soon as possible.
Our first step in any such instance is to troubleshoot and/or attempt to repair the product in question, and if this yields no resolution we will gladly service any warranty requirement that may apply.
