All orders are subject to product availability. We aim to always ensure that our inventory is accurate and up to the minute, but in the event that a discrepancy is found and an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you as soon as possible along with an estimated availability date for the missing item(s) and/or alternate options. Given the options presented, you may then choose to wait for the item(s) to arrive, or to adjust or cancel your order accordingly.
ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATION
If you wish to amend or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Please note we endeavour to fulfil orders as quickly as possible and that changes and/or cancellation are no longer an option once an order has been processed for shipment.
Items offered via our Wholesale program are currently only available for delivery to addresses in Canada.
Shipping costs are auto-calculated and invoiced at checkout, with multiple shipping options to select from.
If you're based in Montréal and prefer to pick up your order from our warehouse rather than have it shipped, please contact us.
We make every effort to fulfil orders within 1 business day of confirmation, though processing times may be slowed at times when dealing with peak season volumes.
For shipping services with an estimated delivery date provided at checkout, this estimate takes into account our 'next business day' processing time (factored with a 12pm EST cutoff) as well as the transit time estimate provided by the carrier.
For UPS Standard service, the estimated delivery (inclusive of processing time) is as follows for various regions:
- Québec / Ontario: 2-4 business days
- Maritime provinces: 3-6 business days
- Manitoba / Saskatchewan / Alberta: 4-6 business days
- British Columbia: 5-7 business days
A shipping confirmation email with tracking info will be provided when your order is processed for shipment.
ACCURACY OF SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure you provide us with accurate shipping information, including suite or unit number and/or any special delivery instructions. If a delivery incurs additional costs due to an incomplete or inaccurate shipping address provided, these fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
DISCREPANCIES / DAMAGED ITEMS
We have a multi-step verification process to ensure the accuracy of our fulfilment process, and take great care to ensure the security of all order contents.
If you're unfortunate enough to find an error in the fulfilment of your order, or if there is any damage to the packaging or contents of your order, please contact us upon receipt with your order number and any applicable supporting images and we'll be happy to help rectify it ASAP.
