We allow for returns, with authorisation, of all new, unused, unassembled and resalable items in their original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. We will not accept returns after this date except for problems with product quality.
DISCREPANCIES / DAMAGED ITEMS
We have a multi-step verification process to ensure the accuracy of our fulfilment process, and take great care to ensure the security of all order contents.
If you're unfortunate enough to find an error in the fulfilment of your order, or if there is any damage to the packaging or contents of your order, please contact us upon receipt with your order number and any applicable supporting images and we'll be happy to help rectify it ASAP.
All returns require our authorisation. To request a return, please contact us with your order number and brief description of your reason for the request.
With our approval, you will be provided a shipping label along with further instructions to complete the return.
We may also allow for the return of used items in their original packaging with all parts functioning and contents included. Used items must be cleaned and free of any signs of user damage prior to return.
Should you or your customer encounter any issue with a product obtained from Cafuné Wholesale, please contact us with a description of the issue and supporting photo/video documentation as possible, and we'll be happy to assist in remedying the trouble as soon as possible.
Our first step in any such instance is to troubleshoot and/or attempt to repair the product in question, and if this yields no resolution we will gladly service any warranty requirement that may apply.
Returns are eligible for a refund of the original cost of goods, less the cost of return shipping. In the case of the return of used items, a restocking fee (to be determined based on the condition of the returned items) will also apply.
We are unable to refund any items that do not arrive to us in resalable condition, so please be sure to pack the contents of the return securely.
Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will contact you with confirmation of your maximum applicable refund, which will be processed against your original method of payment.
Detailed shipping instructions will be provided upon authorisation of a return and, as noted above, any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping—except where the return is the result of our error or a problem with product quality.
