    The evolution of Tricolate, the FLOE Brewer is a percolation focused no-bypass pour over filter brewer designed to deliver effortlessly exceptional coffee and repeatable results.

    Designed for larger batches with a 500ml water reservoir capacity—and featuring a sealed chamber that harnesses back pressure from the heat-expanded air to gently push water through the coffee bed—the FLOE Brewer's controlled and self-regulating water flow minimises agitation over the 80mm wide coffee bed to maximise extraction uniformity and consistency.

    Made to expertly manage the key variables of flow rate, saturation, and thermal stability, the FLOE brewer delivers perfectly balanced cups with clean and clear flavour separation, and unparalleled sweetness. No pouring technique, no guesswork, no bypass—just effortless precision and delicious coffee.

  • ABOUT FLOE

    Made up of a small but dedicated team, FLOE launched the Tricolate brewer in 2018 after their initial concept was born in 2016. Nine years later, they remain dedicated to advancing no-bypass, high extraction brewing in the pursuit of better coffee.

    Named after the company's founding identity, FLOE is described as a large sheet of ice breaking away from a mass. This symbolises the progression of their brewing technology, extraction knowledge, and manufacturing expertise as developed to advance their goal of enhancing cup to cup consistency and overall brew quality.

    A basic brewing recipe may be found here.

    Wash clean with hot, soapy water before first use. After use, simply remove shower head, compost the spent grounds and filter, and rinse clean under warm water.

    For more thorough cleaning, wash with hot water and mild detergent (dishwasher safe; top rack only).
