ABOUT AESIR
Never a fan of the status quo, Eldric Stuart of Aubade Coffee set out to create a filter that would allow AeroPress brews to rival the cleanliness and clarity of a V60 or Chemex. After extensive testing of every paper type he could get his hands on, he finally landed on one that had the exact right qualities and satisfied his every demand in producing the perfect cup.
